Chris King R45/Stan's Alpha 400 Custom Wheel Build Ultra LIGHT!
These may not be the best for CX use but, who doesn't love awesome wheels for their road machine! Also would make an outstanding Christmas present...
Custom Built Chris King/Stan's wheelset
Chris King R45 10 speed Shimano Hubs (are upgradeable to 11spd) (Mango)
DT Swiss Aerolite bladed spokes
Stan's Alpha 400 rims
DT Swiss Aluminum Nipples (Orange)
20 spoke front (radial)
24 spoke rear (2x)
Used for less than 200 miles. In perfect condition. Only signs of use are on brake track which are very light. I switched to a road bike with discs so I don't need these anymore.
Wheels weighed in at 1420 grams. Comes with Stan's rim tape, valve stems, and Salsa Ti Skewers. Can run as tire/tube or tubeless with tubeless compatible tires. Get carbon weight with Aluminum durability! Looking for $850 shipped for these beauties. More Photos
