First version is DONE. Made a few extra for friends and family. If anybody is interested I'm selling the rest for 15 + shipping. This version with bolt weighs about 20 grams. The next version will be boltless and more airy. Should be down around 12 grams. If you use a carbon spacer, plastic washer, above or below the hangar, you don't need to use a bolt. It stays in place perfectly and will not move when everything is tightened down. I've also had a request for a drop hangar, if there is enough demand I will make them. I figure about 30 dollars for those because of the extra time and materials involved. Another request was also for an adjustment barrel, I can do some of those too. Maybe 25. If you have an adjustment barrel already I can just make the hole it will thread into and that would be 20. Sooo, send a PM or email or whatever. Also, sorry about the pics, the finish is a matte beadblasted aluminum.

What will the drop hanger be like? How far a drop?

I was thinking an inch.

Any thoughts of making one of these for 27.2 seatposts? Some of us on small frames would love to have a rear brake hanger stop that was higher.

Yes there has been some thought because I cracked my canti boss off my moots. I'm a little concerned about the angle on the holder though. Would a straight up and down be acceptable for the cable guide?

for the seat post hanger:
I think it would be alright, there would be a bit of an angle / minor drag coming through. But if you did it with a threaded hole to allow using a threaded cable adjuster in it, the cable wouldn't be passing through as small an opening.

Thank you Ann for the help. Also, I will draw up the design for the clamp this evening and make a tester Tuesdayish. I am waiting on feedback from somebody who purchased a regular clamp and would like to make sure it works for him first. That should be before Tuesday. So if it's a bit later that is the reason. Thx again.
