FS - Hed Ardennes CL tubular wheelset with Clement MXPs
Selling my 2011 HED Ardennes CL tubular wheelset with 700x33 Clement MXP tires, glued and taped.
The wheels have seen considerable CX use and the brake tracks show wear but have plenty of life left. Some anodizing is worn from rims near brake track in a couple of spots as visible in the picture.
All bearings - including freehub - have just been replaced with new ABEC-5 cartridges; wheels spin smooth and true with no hops. The bearings and tires have less than 70 fire road miles on them. The rear tire does have a (sealed) puncture at the edge of the tread - was sealed on the spot with Clement HD sealant, was ridden in and continues to hold air perfectly. That said... I would probably use this tire in dirt/mud/grass only and not on rocky adventures, simply for peace of mind.
