Tire choice for Stans Alpha 400?

Im running Specialized Captain CXs on my alpha 400s. It wouldnt have necessarily been my first choice but getting tires mounted tubless was a serious saga and these tires mounted really nicely. I have actually been really pleased so far. Nice compliance, and good wet/dry traction.

Thanks for the info I'm definitely having issues as well. One more question are u running the Captain 2Blis or the reg. Captain?

I got them a few months ago, I think before they had a tubeless specific tire. Mine dont say 2BR on them
