Tuesday evening cyclocross workout @ 6PM
(every Tuesday until we run out of daylight)
Where: Randalls Island, field across from Icahn Stadium
Format: The course changes each week but will always have at least one
set of stairs, twisty descents, technical flat sections, and fast
laps. We will warm-up for 15 minutes then ride for 45-60 minutes at
race speed. The course is well marked with cones and closed to traffic.
Cost: FREE! -- Just help collect the cones at the end of the ride.
Directions: Take the pedestrian walkway on the Triborough Bridge,
entrance at 126th Street. At the exit, make a right and then a left
onto the concourse. Follow the bike path around and under the bridge
until you come to a large field adjacent to the driving range and
We will start at 6PM SHARP, but no problem if you are running late,
just jump in. MTBs are welcome.
