There are local practices by him as well as Chris Nystrum, in Baltimore and Columbia respectively. I like to go up to Pine Grove Middle School at
9200 Old Harford Road, Baltimore, MD 21234 and do laps there, also Ridgely Middle school off of Charmuth and Ridgely road I think, has a great set of run ups and long open fields that courses can be mapped out for practice, (when the fields are not is use of course) I am not sure of the status of Loch Raven for the short loop off of seminary but that is my go to for practice on a 15 min loop, do it 4-5 times and you have yourself a race prep... Does that help, or are you looking for more?

Comment by Chris Buzby on August 22, 2010 at 8:48pm: Just took my cx out to loch raven today, it was the first time it was not on the road or rail trail. A bit bumpy on the firetrail, but the first pullout from seminary had some smooth single track... Hope to take it back soon....
