Looking for an inexpensive bike or frameset for this fall, with a 59ish TT. I am willing to jump through some hoops for SS but would prefer either a tensioning system or a BB30. Disc brakes are a nice to have. Aluminum is my preferred material but steel is ok too, carbon and ti are expensive. I am planning on "racing" elite nats again this year, I am a locally competitive cat 2 but not fast enough to get any UCI points. Will there be a TT for the elite pack fodder, order of registration call up or is it totally random. Last year a few rows on the start would have made a big difference.
