"No the length is from base of crown race to top of the steerer tube.  Can adjust the price but from your dwg which to me indicates your head tube is 215 and you want more beyond that, mine is too short. "

"Jun,     What length steerer do you need? I have an 1 1/8" ENVE full carbon canti fork.  Currently has a Chris King headset race on it.   Painted brown from a custom Circle A Cycles build. $100 plus shipping if the steerer…"
