I didn't realize until recently that the masters course wasn't going to be the same course as the pro's are riding.  Anyone have video recon of the course masters will be using?

I am assuming it's in the same general area?

Thanks,

Tony

Chris,

I did see that, I was looking for any video to show me how the course was set up. Sand, runups, barriers, etc.

Yeah, I get that. There's really not much info out yet.

It was used as a USGP course a few years ago (3?). Might be worth asking around.

we've heard it's the same as the old usgp, on the old golf course. I think red zone racing used to practice there. had a big sand section if I remember?

Would "the same as the old USGP" be something like this?  http://www.cyclingdirt.org/coverage/235799-USGP-3-4-Derby-City-Cup/...

Or the hashtag #cxmasters2013

Thanks guys. From those pictures, it looks like a lot of sand.

While we're on the subject of worlds, anyone understand how qualifiying for the finals works?

There are heats, repachage, consolation and finals.

I've read the tech guide but I can't figure out how many people make it to the finals.  There is a max field size of 150 for most mens fields but the number 80 is thrown out there as anything over 80 and they have to do heats.
