Hi

Does anyone out there have the erd of the Oval Concepts 327cx? There seems to be no information out there. I used the two spoke method and my number seems off.

TIA

What seems off by the numbers you measured?

When i enter the erd into the spoke calculator the spoke lengths of the original build are off by several mm. I have used sapim and Dt swiss spoke calculator. I didnt want to wait to call Oval when I go back to work. Looks like that is going to be the case.

The whole point is I want to reuse the original spokes with a new 11 speed hub. I need to make sure they are going to be long enough. I can cut them on the phil wood machine if they are to long.

Thanks

Ok, so looking to reuse spokes from a previous build, but swapping out the hub?  Shouldn't you be looking for a hub with the same flange diameter and spacing?

I would never trust the ERD numbers from anyone except my own measurements.  Did you measure just once?  Or at several locations around the rim?  Definitely had the cut spokes and nipples in opposite holes around the rim?  Had the threads of the spokes just at the slot in the nipples?
