Noob here-looking to buy a new or used CX bike or frame.

So I'm looking to continue CX racing and don't know a whole lot about CX bikes,I ride a 54,I was in a an accident 8 years ago in which I broke my spine and still can't bend over much at all,so I would need a CX bike/frame that would keep me in an upright position,price is not an issue at the moment,any and all suggestions are welcome.please feel free to help.
