Asking $3250. Frame is good for a rider from around 5'11 - 6'2". I'm 6'1" and it's a perfect fit for me. I love this bike, but I just don't ride it enough. The magnesium frame is so compliant, but also really stiff and responsive, much smoother on rough terrain than a carbon fiber bike. It's really a cool feeling to ride this bike. So fast. It's barely been ridden at all and I've never raced Cross. I am a mountain biker and thought I would get into Cross, but I just couldn't get into it. The frame alone was $3350 new. Now I need to buy parts for my new mountain bike!
Bontrager Race X Lite MTB / Cross Wheelstag:cowbell.cxmagazine.com,2017-12-24:1198434:Topic:1791622017-12-24T14:24:10.540ZMark Gormanhttps://cowbell.cxmagazine.com/profile/MarkGorman

I have a pair of bontrager Race X Lite MTB wheels that are several years old. Maybe 6 to 8, they have been sitting around for around 4. Built with Bontrager hubs and rims (Think the hubs were built by DT then). Perfect for 29er, Cross or Gravel bikes. 10/11 speed compatible, 6 bolt disk. They are actually in good shape, bearings are pretty smooth. Great winter / spare wheels. No rotors or tires included.

For anyone serious about buying a top-line racing cyclocross bike, but doesn’t have the extra funds or personal sponsorships, the Inflite AL SLX 8.0 Pro Race will be a perfect option. Equipped with much of the same high-level components as the CF SLX 8.0 Pro Race, this version of the bike will save you loads with only the most modest weight gain. The AL SLX frame made from a smooth welded alu includes vibration-reducing seat stays that will work to channel your pedal power to the trail. Similarly, the oval chain stays offer greater clearance for the tires while keeping the back-end super stiff. The VCLS technology used for frame and fork ensure that the ride is comfy while keeping the frame effective and responsive. The SRAM Rival groupset will be a reliable companion, and for the crank you’ll even get the power meter-ready X1-compatible Quarq Prime aluminum crank. The touch points are all Canyon in-house parts that are designed to keep the handling sharp and the comfort high with the H17 Ergo AL handlebars, V13 durable stem, and the Canyon S23 CF seatpost. The DT Swiss CR 1600 Spline DB wheelset combined with the 33mm Schwalbe X-One tubeless compatible tires will form a durable, responsive team to keep your momentum over tough sections and grip in a wide range of course conditions. The Inflite AL SLX 8.0 Pro Race will get you through the cross season with ease and within budget.
2013 Redline Conquest Pro 51cm-willing to shiptag:cowbell.cxmagazine.com,2016-12-07:1198434:Topic:1735642016-12-07T20:24:53.870ZFinnegan O'Connorhttps://cowbell.cxmagazine.com/profile/FinneganOConnor

A friend was nice enough to hand me over a pretty well spec'd 2011 Trek 8000. Since I help manage a cross team I thought this would make an excellent "team bike" for new riders to use if they don't have equipment yet (just the kinda guy I am).

So I want to set this thing up for cross, which entails going 1x10, swapping out for a rigid fork, possibly some sort of 96er franken-bike conversion too.
