Selling my wife's seldom used Trek XO1 cx bike. Full 105 drive train. Bike currently has 28c road tires on it. I will throw in a pair of nearly new Clement PDXs.

Frame size is 49 cm. Fits 5'0 to 5'5"

Bike is currently in Bend OR. We will be in PDX several times over the next few weeks for races, so I could bring the bike over for test rides.

54 CM.Excellent condition. Carbon frame, SRAM Rival build with Truvativ Elita cranks, FSA bar/stem/post and Michelin tires on Fulcrum Racing 7 wheels. The fork is full carbon and tapered. I'd like $1500 but I have some wiggle room. Make me an offer. Email for more pictures

OK, the old Michelin Muds aside: I found several NOS 'cross tires hanging up at a shop in a small town and they looked like they'd be pretty good mudd/loose conditions tires but maybe I'm overlooking something.

IRC V-Cross: found one. Yes it's labelled as 700 x 37 but the casing is closer to a 33 or 34. Big, tall knobs with plenty of spacing in between. May have some rolling resistance on pavement/grass but looks like it will have some real bite.
Trek Matrix Multi-Track: found one. Labelled as a 35 but may be a bit skinnier. I found one person who thought these were like gold but no other references to them. Knobs very similiar to the V-Cross above. Looks to be another good mud tire.
Vredestein Campos. I no longer have but wish I did. The set I had I used up as a general off-road trail tire. Casing made the ride feel so smooth (to my untrained rear). Somebody hording these? Ever had fork chatter when braking? Figured out a way to fix it? I've found toe-in and pad material can usually fix it most of the time. But if you're still struggling with it, why not just return the damn fork (or bike)?
Since it won't be up there forever, here's the funny part: "All components are stock, but the original fork was warrantied by Trek because of a slight shudder, replaced with the same fork model."

You'd think Trek would just laugh.

Well, anyway, if you have super-secret techniques on eliminating chatter, or want to recommend a fork to get or avoid because of chatter, post it here.

I've found the Ritchey WCS and Easton EC90x both tend to have some, but it's mostly curable. I usually use the really grabby salmon pads though - and other pads have been more forgiving with chatter.
