bb30 adaptor
wondering if anyone has any thoughts on bb30 to threaded - one piece insert or the problem solvers approach. Is the one piece insert really irreversible? Do I really have to green loctite it in there? THe problem solvers approach looks a little hacky to me...but it is easily undone.
thoughts, experiences?

I had the Problem Solver adapter and it worked very well. Then I really solved the problem and bought a bb30 crankset.

you right, David Whitlock. Picked up a $29.99 buy'd it now FSA gossamer bb30 crankset on the ebay. Cheaper than any of the conversion things.
