I reviewed this bike and liked it so much I have one, but definitely agree that the HT on this is a bit short. There are all sorts of reason that we can speculate for this and perhaps my comments will somehow make it back to Bianchi design team. I'm using a +17 deg stem with this now and it works out for me, but be aware of the size issue if purchasing!
