I know that bar ends on mountain bikes are not allowed in races, but what about bullhorns on a cross bike? I ride a ss, so I don't need shifters and almost never ride in the drops. Was thinking about putting some bullhorns on, but I might do some racing in the fall and didn't know if these were legal. Thanks for any help.
