Campy 1x10 Setup?
I have a full campy record Drivetrain (except for the sram red crankset and crainrings) want to move to a 1x system. Do I have any options?

Without a rear clutch derailleur will I experience a lot of chain drops? or if I get the chain tension right should I be ok.

I'm running the exact setup you'd have if you added a wolftooth ring and removed your FD. So far no drops in 2.5 months of training and racing. You'll want to shorten your chain accordingly depending on the size of single ring you install.
