<p>Do not run tubeless. A lot of work and money that will end in heartache. The Michelin Mud 2s are good but not great. The PDX is far superior to the 2 or even the 1. (yes, I own them both)</p>

<p>The Grifo is not going to help you if the Mud 2 wasn't working for you. It makes me think you're tire pressure was too high. In any case get the PDX.</p>

<p>Vittoria makes their Cross XG in a tubeless ready version now. A friend just got a pair and he is pretty happy with them. Same basic tread pattern as a Grifo so a good all around tire.</p>

<p>Unless you get the non fold-able versions the Challenge have a very soft porous side wall....they work great with tubes and almost feel tubular ....</p>
