Some very good local roasters in the NY/NJ area include Red Roasters http://www.rhrcoffee.com/ and Plowshares http://www.plowsharescoffee.com/ . If you need monthly variety these guys are a must http://craftcoffee.com/ 3 different coffee are sent every month from some of the best roasters around the country.
