Coolest addition to a race?
A few years ago I started promoting a 'cross race in Michigan (www.IthacaGP.blogspot.com) but time commitments pushed that aside for 2010 and 2011. I am bringing the race back for 2012 and was wondering what "cool" sidekick-type things you've seen at races that make the experience more enjoyable?
For example, start primes for every category are an Ithaca favorite... Good-sized raffle at the end of the day with awards... "Free" (donation bucket is nearby...) hot dogs and pop...
What do you see at your local races that makes it just a little better than other races?
