Cross Vegas registration for Wheelers and Dealers once again a nightmare

Once again, as it was two years ago, registering for Cross Vegas had major issues for some. I was fortunate to get in the first two years, and would have again this year, however the registration site for the first 15 minutes of registration repeated my USA Cycling license number was invalid, which is not true, as I had JUST raced two weeks prior using it at the State of Colorado Mountain Biking championships at Keystone. I e-mailed Brook Watts to find out what was up and received no answer to my question as to why my license was not recognized only to find the race was full 30 minutes after registration began with a "no waiting list" disclaimer posted on the web site immediately following this thirty minute  flurry....so what's the point? Get your shit together on the rgistration site and how about  an explanation for why some of us got jacked out registration for the Wheeler's race.
