Recently converted my Redline Conquest Team to Hyrd discs with Enve fork and new wheels. I have ridden with several kinds of cantis and vbrakes and nothing comes close. Single finger braking and braking from the hoods are things Ive never been able to do on cross before. These things make my Dura Ace road calipers feel weak. Also, very simple to set up. Feel is excellent with 2010 Red levers. Highly recommended!

good to hear.  my new race back is being built up today or tomorrow with the new Hy/Rd brakes.

I'm running a Raleigh RXC with Hayes CX5s and started looking into the HyRd's.  Coming from canti's I like the discs but haven't found them to be life altering.  I'm definitely interested in upgrading especially for as "cheap" as they are.  Did you use any other calipers previously?  Or anybody??

Thanks!
