If you are using the 303's, what is your brake pad of choice?  Can you run the same pad on aluminum and carbon if you check for metal fragments?

I've tried the yellow swiss-stops, cork pads, black jagwire pads (non-carbon specific) and KoolStop salmon colored pads with the Zipp 303. I was using the 303 CX rims. I liked the cork pads the best, believe it or not. Swill Stops were good, but not all that. The jagwires and KS salmon worked, with the latter being better than the former, albeit with some brake material shredding. I've also used all these, except the cork, on aluminum rims, where KS salmon is my favorite. This was all using cantilever brakes in a CX situation. My opinion differs slightly if the wheels are used in a road situation using road calipers....
