I have a 2008 Pinarello CX Alu (MSRP $2200)

Has carbon fork and carbon seat stays.

I just bought the bike and want badly to "make it work", but it's just too big for me. The bike size is a 54cm, but it fits like a "Large".  I rode a much taller friend's Felt Cross (58cm) last week and I'd say it was very similar.  I'm 5'9" w/a 30" inseam and I cannot stand over w/o going up on my tiptoes (the Standover, measured perpendicular to ground thru the BB is exactly 33" or a hair under 84cm).  I'd say it is good for someone 5'11+, depending on inseam.

The bike is constructed with Aluminum 7005 T6 Triple Butted Tubing; TIG welded construction; The carbon fiber fork and carbon fiber rear seat stays dissipate road and dirt vibrations beautifully; Shimano drivetrain offers crisp shifting in a lightweight package.  It does have regular (very minor) signs of wear per usual use. The only 'dings' are on the cranks,100% cosmetic.

Please visit Pinarello for frame geometry measurements.  It's a SWEeet ride... these are the actual pics below.  Would love if you bought it, so I can get my own cross bike in the right size.

Many thanks...oh and I'm looking for a used CX bike that will fit, so I'd consider talking about a trade if anyone is in close proximity to Charlottesville VA.

Let me know if you would like pictures.
