When the courses get on bumpy hard pack or hard grasss with the lumps, my body takes a beating.
The vibration also kills my power also.
Reducing tire pressure will slow me down , i usually 28 front and 30 rear tubulars.
any thoughts on how ro deal with this?

Lower your tire pressure. I'm 185 lb and usually run 24/25 psi front/rear with no issues. I go as low as 22 psi front/rear if it is muddy, sometimes lower.
