FS: Raleigh RX 1.0 54cm and two sets of EA70X tubular wheels

Hi everyone, I'm switching over to disc brakes and am selling all of my old cross stuff. Here's what I have:

2012 Raleigh 1.0 54cm in great condition. The bikes drivetrain comes with SRAM Apex shifters, Rival Rear derailleur, Apex front derailleur and an FSA Gossamer 36t/46t 172.5 BB30 Crankset. The brakes are Paul's Neo Retro with cartridge pads. Comes with Avenir seat post, saddle, stem (110mm) and handlebar (42cm). The wheels are a hand built set of 105 hubs laced to a set of velocity fusion rims. 32 spoked, 3X pattern (Actually lighter than the stock wheels) and come with Challenge Grifo Clinchers and a shimano 105 12/28 cassette. Looking for $1250 OBO

I'm also selling two sets of Easton EA70X wheels. One set has a pair of Challenge Grifo, and the other has a set of Challenge Fangos. Both wheels were glued, belgian taped and aqua sealed in September. The Fangos have two seasons of use on them and the Grifos only one. The Fusion rims on the Raleigh have the same rim width, so you can switch out the wheels and the brake lever position never changes. I'm looking to get $400 per set
