<p>Yes it does have canti studs, front and rear. About 35c its the widest tire in the back, you should be able to run what ever in the front. </p>

<p>I bought this frame and fork NOS (New Old Stock) off ebay last season. I only rode it a handful of time and raced it about about 3 times. It rode great and is very light for a steel frame. The frame was made in 1980 in Italy. Its super light and the geo is surprisingly well for a older frame.</p>
