Hello, I know it's tough to generalize, but can anyone comment on gearing choices for the Granogue course this weekend?

Having never seen it in person, based on videos is appears that there are some medium length inclines, but the steepest stuff is short and run-only.

For reference, 39x11/25t was ideal for Hyattsville (and didn't use the lowest couple of gears) -- but surely that's quite different.

Thanks!

Lower is better. There's a ton of elevation change there What are your options?
On this bike without a lot of surgery, just the 12/28T... so maybe that will have to do. Thanks.
You'll be more than fine with that. I'm running a 42T single ring with an 11/28 on the back. In years past I've run a 25, 26 and 27. You'll be fine with your setup. There is an awful lot of up hill though!
