Gravel parts import from USA?

Hi,

My wife is coming to the US in the near future and I thought of earlier  when we gave each US traveler a list of MTB parts. Now I've compared the prices in a few things times and honestly find nothing more that would be worthwhile. Or do I stupidly or just do not come to the obvious? With which parts is a self-import from USA still worthwhile? What is difficult to get here but would like to have it?

Please help.
