I slip off my hoods in the wet.  My bar tape is plenty fine, just the hoods are giving me trouble (sram hoods).  Any leads on full finger, padded, grippy gloves?

try Glacier Glove if in cooler temps. We use them for CX and they are nice in cold and wet. The Perfect Curve is very grippy. If in warmer weather I am not sure they have the right option but sometimes another avenue to look at is fishing and hunting gloves which can be perfect for rainy wet and muddy conditions.

glacier gloves are indeed grippy.  You hands will get sweaty in warmish(40ish degrees, imo) -weather, but will probably stay warm.
