Check and make sure the bearings are decent in the
- Bottom Bracket
- wheels
- headset
Then feel the rims to see if there is any significant wear
Lastly, see if it has been raced. If it ha,s ask the big question... how much racing and how many crashes.
If you feel comfortable with the current state of the bike, then yes. it's an great deal!
