<p>For your bike I'd suggest tires, for sure. Get some PDXs, you'll love them and they'll do everything well (in 'cross). If you need road training tires get Vittoria Zaffiros. (since you mentioned wear I wasn't sure what you needed)</p>

Wicks rings are a ton of money, I'd hold off on those for awhile although I would suggest making sure you have appropriate 'cross gearing like 44-42 outer.</p>

<p>Tires are always a good idea. I swapped my worn out Vittoria XGs for a pair of Rocket Rons. It came at just the right time as I have ridden 4 muddy races since then and have 4 more muddy races this season.</p>
