hey guys, wow, it's always so surprising how fast it arrives in some places, and in others it takes forever.  some parts of california are still waiting (like CXM world headquarters), while it made it to the east coast already?  baffling.

 

i'd give it two weeks or more if you are east or in a rural area, but we'll respond to inquries as best as possible to subscribe [at] cxmagazine.com.  really sorry the wait is so long and unbearable, but glad you guys are at least looking forward to it. 

 

thanks for the updates. hope you guys enjoy our little mag.  so many kind souls put a lot of effort into that, and with some luck, issue 13 and 14 will be the quickest turn arounds to date!
