<p>Thanks for the reply. I wouldn't be too concerned about doing it myself if it were an aluminum frame, but since it's carbon, I'm worried about it. The bikes only been ridden for less than a year, which seems like it might be a manufacture issue. Waiting to hear about that. Thanks.</p>

Used to have the same problem with specialized aluminum mountain frames. If you don't feel comfortable doing this then you need to find a mechanic who does. The old rivets have deformed and need to be drilled out of the frame and replaced with new ones.
