Picked up a Cannondale Cyclocross Disc (aka Optimo) for the lady friend, but looks like it's not going to work out for her.  I'm going to strip a bunch of the components down to use for my own first CX bike budget build and/or upgrade my 15+ year old Raleigh R500, but wanted to get a feel from the masses what I should ask for the frame/fork, as well as the frame/fork/disc wheelset/Avid BB7s (likely whatever frame/fork I get won't be disc compatible).  Wheels are 32 spoke Open Pro with Cannondale hubs.  Bike is in great shape save for a little bit of cable rub, and it's red which means it's faster (red is good for at least 3 watts, right?)

Thanks in advance, and if this is in the wrong place let me know and I'll move/delete.

Posted it on ebay with BIN of $500 for the frame/fork/wheelset/BB7s.  Not sure if that is/isn't a good deal but seemed reasonable.

Here's the listing in case anybody is interested in buying or trading for it
