I have a set of Challenge Grifo's that I had glued up using the Belgian tape method. If I pull those tires off the rims can I re-glue those tires for next season? What would I need to do to get the Belgian tape off or do I need to take it off to re-glue them? Thanks!

In general as long as the basetape isn't gunked with glue chunks and it is still firmly attached to the tire casing you're good to go. I ended up with a pair of tires that had been glued using only tape and it was very easy to remove from both the rim and the basetape. However, depending on how well your tape is stuck to either it may take more elbow grease to get both surfaces prepped.
Yes.. just be careful taking them off and not ripping the base tape off. If you're concerned with the glue chunks or have damaged the base tape, send them to http://tirealert.com/ they can get them back to race ready. I've used them a number of times
+1 on TireAlert... Not terribly expensive considering the cost of the tire itself.
