<p>Talking of... I have a shop compressor in the garage and a 5 gal air tank and was thinking of bringing it to races since my generator is too large to fit in the car. 5 gal @ 150psi should be enough for a few tire changes I would think. I guess I should try it. </p>
<p>I do have a small 12VDC compressor too but it's pretty slow but would re-inflate the 5 gal tank (and thus be good enough volume-wise). I tried a 1200W inverter to power a pancake compressor once and it was not enough - the poor…</p>
