just a quick question as i can't seem to find too much info anywhere else on the net. even the zinn-man doesn't mention it in THIS article.

So, I am wondering if and how you should remove glue from your base tape after removing them from your wheels. I have been cleaning my rims super clean to remove any/all that developed during the season. Maybe just the big chunks? Goo-Gone?

If it matters I have Grifo XS and Grifo tires to remove glue from. They are last year's model so they come "pre-sealed." As in, a light coat of whatever water-sealant Thailand uses.
