Saddle heights for road vs CX
What is your saddle height and set back for CX compared to road?
I usually run the saddle a bit lower (3-4mm) and farther forward on the CX bike compared to my road bike w/ same length cranks.

I run the saddle higher to account for switching from low-stack road pedals to mtb pedals. I try to keep the leg extension the same and really only vary my position by being about 2-3cm higher in the front.
