<p>I actually haven't owned a road bike in years:) I just use my cx bike for mixed terrain rides and mountain bike all year long. I do have both the short and long seat post for the bike. I'm 5'9" ish with a 31"-32" inseam if that helps. Last time I bought a cross bike (~9 years ago) best practice was to size down from your road bike, but it seems like that may have gone away. <p>I can take some more detailed pictures when I get home in a few hours. The drive side has some wear near the drop out. I think it is from the way I mount it in the bed of my truck. I put the front tire next to it and I think the spokes rocked back and forth. Maybe also from setting it down on pavement/gravel. Nothing structural, just cosmetic.</p>
