So, on Saturday before my race at the Cross Crusade in Bend, I was putting on my race wheels, when I noticed both my tires were pretty low on air.  I found a few small leaks around the bead, small evidence of sealant.  Upon inspection, I found lots of little bits of sand and gravel had worked their way down between the bead and the rim from the last race, which had a short sandy stretch.  Most were small enough that they sealed up with sealant, but there were a couple large enough to not seal and caused a slow leak.

Anyone ever experience anything like this with a tubeless setup, CX or otherwise?  I'm thinking I might be folding the tire over alot, there were some pretty sketchy, loose corners that I was attacking on...

I'm running Corsa Concepts 1.2 ACR tubeless with Hutchinson Bulldogs.  No rim strips, just 2 layers of yellow tape and the valve core.  I typically run 32-40psi depending on conditions.  I'm 195 lbs.
