Based on the CXM review, I'd wait for the newer geometry. Makes sense, shorter chainstays, tighter wheelbase, etc.

Oh dood, that review was very hard to read. All over the place and had soooo many typos. In one of their last issues CXM had a review of the alum crux that was pretty comprehensive and positive. The new carbon Crux should be that geometry if you want to wait. Are you racing a lot, or riding trails, dirt roads, or on the road?

Of course you'll save some weight, but not alot and probably not enough to matter much. What you will gain will be a stiffer frame (due to the CF layup), which you may or may not prefer.
