Tektro RX5 "Mini" Linear Brakes

Trying to get rid of fork chatter/shudder. I am a big guy, tried everything to get rid of the chatter/shudder, now I know I need to eliminate the cable hanger issue (nope, don't have a mount to put a hanger on my fork either). So, anyone have experience with the Tektro RX5 "mini" linear pull brakes for cyclocross? I am debating on these vs standard v-brakes with travel agents. Any thoughts are appreciated.

If u google the brake you will find a # of forums with many positive reviews and set-up secrets. I read one where a brake noodle with an adjustable barrel was used instead of the travel agent with great results...that part found at AE Bike.com
