Using a Cross bike as your Do-It-All bike
How many people here own a Cross bike as their only bike?
I made the leap last year and am writing bout my experience. I would love to hear the pro/cons of why you did or didn't make the move (spoiler alert: Money was a huge factor)

I do it all on my Cannondale 9Ball. Money is part of it these days as I have way less than in the late 90's, and having 4 kids helps with priorities as well. "Do I REALLY need it?" I did my first Crit in over 10 years on it, and it felt every bit a nice as I remember my Klien Quanum Pro did back in the day. MY cx bike just fits me. Id love a smoother ride for longer road miles, but I'll live.
