I was curious if you kept your in-season body weight in the off-season, or if not, how far off do you veer.
For me - I'm normally a Clydesdale - and blow up to 210lbs in the winter and whittle down to 187lbs by September. I really like being leaner - should I keep this weight all through the year - what do you guys do?
