<p>If you can find a Pake C'Mute in 54c they are a pretty good deal at around $200, you'll then need a headset and fork. But putting a bike together can get expensive fast before you know it you will have spent another $300 on that $300 frame. I'd pony up another $300 and find a complete used bike like Kenneth's.</p>
