Has any one tried to build up and/or race on a 28 hole Zipp 360 rim? Just curious about the durability of the Zipp 360, as this is not “officially” Zipp's Pave/CX rim.

Thanks,

G

No, but I did race all last cross season with 18h 303 road rims in front. Never had any problems. You can actually get them drilled any way you like from Zipp. I'm running a 32h single speed setup in the rear on the cyclocross version of the 303. After the cross season was over I had them relaced to my record hubs for road racing. The custom stuff was done by Excel in Boulder.
