I just finished machining and will soon start testing a bolt-on rear disc brake adapter to fit Kona Jake, Jake the Snake, Major Jake aluminum frames. As near as I can tell, it should fit almost all Kona aluminum Jake-family frames. It's an IS mount, so all the IS adapters out there should bolt up to it. As confirmed by Stan’s NoTubes we have a Cyclocross Disc option!
You will still need 44mm Tubeless Road Valve Stem and the Stan’s yellow tape.
