Once again I am in error, it is a $20 fine for the helmet, not $50. I stand corrected. Thank you JB for the correction.

JB, Mark and all

I did point out to the promoter that the approach to the stairs was on shaky legal ground, in addition to being downright scary. Credit to the riders in the 3/4 and 4 races (all that I was able to stay for) for knowing their limits and keeping things safe. The goodness is that we're having this discussion in the first place. It shows the extent to which our cross scene has matured on so many levels.

Otherwise, kudos to Roger and Chris for a job well done.

Hey Roger,

All in all I had a great time yesterday, even though we had to ride for almost 45 minutes :(. Ijust chalked up the extra time as preperation for me getting to ride with the big dogs! See everyone next weekend, and as Albino stated, It would be nice to see some more cross racers come join us at the High Noon Saloon brew pub after the race. The beer is pretty good and the prices are not bad.
