@Tom Payn
I don't know how i like the split B's as an under 40 guy. I think we had like 12 people in our race Sunday. There's some FAAST 40+ guys, it'd be fun racing with bigger group. Starting to feel like a triathlon where you only really have to compete against like 10-15 other people in an age group.
How are the over 40's liking it? Better... Not better?
How many tubulars have gone down this year? I have had 2 pinch flats already this year, one under me, one under da wife... seems like the year the course(s) return fire on the tubular/tubeless
HA sled hills build character.

So what's everyone's opinion on the splitting of the B race and Masters racing an hour with the A group?
I am torn on the split of the B race as I feel it decreases amount of competition, but that is obviously relative to where you are at in the field. After racing at Louisville last year in the 100+ man 2/3 race field, 40 people is a small field!!
Masters in with the A's is cool, it will be interesting to see how the fields mix as the race goes on.

Cross practice last night was fun. I spent more time in the "pit" than I did all last season. I guess 8 months to get my bikes ready was not enough time, so I was and still am working on them.
I will be racing the B race again and SS. I am happy they broke it up into age groups, not sure why they didnt do it sooner. Seems like it has been a pretty big turn out the last few years.
Lower Huron is back! It is one of my favorites, and I am looking forward to all the new venues.
Oh, and Ithaca is back!!
